Refunds

Any graduate student assignment in which a B or less is earned may receive a full refund within 30 days of notification and proof of the graded assignment must be provided. All undergraduate work submitted may receive a full refund within 30 days of notification, proof of grade, and based on the quality of work submitted. The quality of work will be determined by the knowledge and expertise of the proofreader.
